CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE Gt~f~AL ITN1T REPRES]~i,.~D BY THE ANAB~;/M
MUNICIPAL ~MPLOY~::~:'~ ASSOCIATION
WHtlREAS, the Human Resources Director has reccatu~ended in a staff
report dated February 4, 1992, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be an~nded in
the Im3D/~r hereinafter set forth, effective February 14, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 9//t-49 which established rates of oompensation for classes assigned to
the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees
Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective February 14, 1992 through October 8, 1992,
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Classification Schedule Ranqe Relationship
Skilled Crafts Worker 1738 J-E Benchmark
Skilled Crafts Worker Traines 1404 C-E "C" step = "E" step rahorer
2. That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the
basic c~_nsation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHtlR RESOLVtI) that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 91R-49 is February 14, 1992.
AND, BE IT FORTH~ RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum
of Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and
the General Unit represent by the Anaheim Municipal Er~ployees Association
apply to the foregoing classifications.
AND, BE IT FURI~5~ RESOLVED, that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 91R-49 shall r~ain in full force and effect.
THE FOPd~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the city
Council of the city of Anaheim this [~h.day of February, 1992.
