A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2274.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 81R-591 on December 29, 1981,
approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2274; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of Conditional Use Permit No.
2274 as set forth in Resolution No. 81R-591 provides that said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2274 shall expire, or otherwise be
subject to review for a possible extension of time, annually on or
before the anniversary date of said Resolution No. 81R-591; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an
application for an extension of said time limitation pursuant to
the provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing"on said application on January 29, 1985, at which hearing
the City Council did receive and consider evidence, both oral and
documentary, relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2274 is being exercised in a manner not
detrimental to the particular area and surrounding land uses, nor
to the public peace, health, safety and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that said application for extension of said time
limitation be, and the same is hereby, approved and that said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2274 is hereby extended to expire on
December 29, 1986.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of January, 1985.
