A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL
PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE
NO. 2423 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO.
72R-448 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2423
on October 3, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R-448; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Variance No. 2423 for the reason it is no longer needed;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Variance NO. 2423 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. 72R-448 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of
February, 1985.
