A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO.
22 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO.
07-5055 FOR THE FEDERAL-AID PROGRAM
4~HEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, on August 18,
1977, enter into Local Agency-State Agreement No. 07-5055
("Master Agreement") with the State of California for the
Federal-Aid Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
said Master Agreement to include Supplement No. 22 relating to
the improvement of Euclid Street from La Palma Avenue to
Broadway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms
and conditions of Supplement No. 22 to said Master Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute Supplement No. 22 on behalf of the City of Anaheiri.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this lath day
of February 1985.
