A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 2876 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
PC87-17.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. PC87-17 approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 2876, subject to certain conditions specified therein;
and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed
public hearing and approved an amendment to the conditions of
approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2876; and
WHEREAS, the decision of the Planning Commission was
appealed to the City Council in the manner provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on February 4, 1992, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the public
peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to permit
reasonable operation under said Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed
in Conditional Use Permit No. 2876 be, and the same are hereby,
amended by the amendment of Condition No. 5 as set forth in
Resolution No. PC87-17 to read as follows:
"5. That this Conditional Use Permit is
granted for a period of ten (10) years to
expire on December 1, 2001."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. PC87-17 shall remain in full force and
effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of February, 1992.
