A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 913 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
67R-92 ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. 67R-92 approving Conditional Use Permit No.
913, subject to certain conditions specified herein; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has requested an amendment to certain
of said conditions heretofore imposed; and
4JHEREAS, the City Council held a drily noticed public hearing
on February 12, 1985, at which hearing the City Council did receive
and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating to said
request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
thst t~iF amendir,ent of said conditions of approval in the manner
hcreina{~ter set forth is necessary to permit reasarable operation
wider the conditional use permit.
NOW, `THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City C~~~unci.l Uf the
City of Anaheim that Condition No. 2 of Conditional Use Permit No.
913 as set forth in Resolution No. 67R-92 be, and the sage is
hereby, amended to read as follows:
"2. That subject property shall ;~:e developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim
marked Revision No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.'
Be it further RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 67R-92 and Conditional Use Permit No. 913
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of February, 1985.
