A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.
84R-240 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated February 26, 1985, that a classification be deleted and
superseded by a new classification; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 84R-240 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective March 8, 1985, Section 2 of Resolution No. 84R-240
is amended by deleting therefrom the following classification:

Property Services Manager
That, effective March 8, 1985, Section 2 of Resolution No. 84R-240
is amended by adding thereto the following classification and salary range
which shall be the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of
the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
said classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 84R-240 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of Februar 1985
