A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
OF EASEMENT TO HILLCREST AT NOHL RANCH
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns certain property within
an area to be maintained by a homeowners association, to wit:
Hillcrest at Nohl Ranch Homeowners Association; and
WHEREAS, the association is willing to maintain slopes on
City's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a deed
granting an easement across certain City property for landscape
maintenance purposes.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of pril, 1985.
