A RESOLI3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHETM ADOPTING PERSONNEL R~U.F.q
APPLICABLE TO EMPIDY~ IN MANAGe,
CONFIDENTIAL AND NON-RE~RES~v,'~U PART-TIME
CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated January 28, 1992, that existing Personnel Rules be amended
and that such amended rules be applicable only to employees in management,
confidential and non-represented part-tin~ classifications; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to rescind all existing personnel rules
and concurrently adopt new Personnel Rules 1 through 33; and
WHEREAS, the City ~othncil of the City of Anaheim finds and
determines that the rescission of all existing personnel rules and the
adoption of r~ed new rules applicable to employees in management,
confidential, and non-represented part-time ~ployees is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim that all existing Personnel Rules be, and they are hereby,
rescinded and that new Personnel Rules 1 through 33, a copy of which is
attached and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution
is Jantk3/¥ 31, 1992.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUITON is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the city of Anaheim this 4~h day of February, 1992.
