A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TO EXECUTE TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL.
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of California
Highway Patrol requires written training agreements from any agency
participating in the training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Anaheim
desires from time to time to participate in certain training
programs sponsored and administered by the Department of Highway
Patrol; and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim is required to authorize certain officers of the Anaheim
Police Department to participate in said training agreements,
