A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 25 TO
LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5055.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to modify the
railroad crossing protection at Santa Ana Street and Harbor
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend Local Agency State
Agreement No. 07-5055 to provide and secure funds for said
modification; and
prepared.
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 25 to said agreement has been
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does:
1. Approve the terms and conditions of Supplement No. 25.
2. Authorize and direct the Mayor and the City Clerk to
execute said Supplement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of May, 1985.
