A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2278.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 82R-89 on February 16, 1982,
approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2278; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of Conditional Use Permit No.
2278 as set forth in Resolution No. 82R-89 provides that said
Conditional Use Permit shall expire, or otherwise be subject to
review for a possible extension of time, on February 16, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an
application for an extension of said time limitation pursuant to
the provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on said application on June 4, 1985, at which hearing the
City Council did receive and consider evidence, both oral and
documentary, relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that said
Cond.ition~l Use Permit is being exercised in a manner not
detrimental to the particular area and surrounding land uses, nor
to the public peace, health, safety and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that said application for extension of said time
limitation be, and the same is hereby, approved and that said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2278 is hereby extended to expire on
February 16, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the time within which a
rehearing must be sought is governed by the provisions of Section
1.12.100 of the Anaheim Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of June, 1985.
