A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
~° 1146 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-110
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1146 on March 3, 1970, by Resolution No. 70R-110; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the-City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1146 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 70R-110 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this I$th dzy of June, 1985.
