A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2592 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-253 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2592 on
June 4, 1974, by Resolution No. 74R-253; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2592 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 74R-253 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of June, 1985.
