A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 85R-122
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 18, 1985 that the classification of Traffic Control
Supervisor be deleted; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 85R-122 which established rates of compensation for unrepresented
part-time job classifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
deleting the classification of Traffic Control Supervisor is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend Resolution No. 85R-122 by deleting the classification of
Traffic Control Supervisor effective June 28, 1985.
BE IT FTJRTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 85R-122 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day
