A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2152 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-152 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2152 on
March 31, 1970, by Resolution No. 70R-152; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Variance No. 2152 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2152 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 70R-152 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of July, 1985.
