92-002 RESOLUTION NO. 92R-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE JOB TRAINING
PARTNERSHIP ACT SUBGRANT AGREEMENT (TITLE III
EDWAA - 40% FUNDS) BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE
PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 1991 THROUGH JUNE 30,
1992.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has been desighated by the
Governor as a Service Delivery Area under the Job Training
Partnership Act (JTPA); and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is entitled to receive
certain funds under the JTPA; and
WHEREAS, the State of California requires the approval
of a Subgrant Agreement in order for the city to be eligible to
receive these funds.
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1) That Subgrant Agreement No. G200810, attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated hereby by reference
allocating funds in the amount of'$30,000 to the Anaheim JTPA, be
and the same is hereby approved;
2) That the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute said'JTPA Subgrant Agreement and
modifications thereto for Title III EDWAA - 40% Funds on behalf
of the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of January ,
1992.
