A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TO CONTINUE A MINORITY BUSINESS PROGRAM
FOR ALL PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECEIVING
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FUNDING
AND ESTABLISHING A MINORITY BUSINESS GOAL OF 11.9°s
AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL OF 2.1~ FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1986.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has previously adoped a Minority Business Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
desires to continue with said Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Anaheim
establish program goals for the period of October 1, 1985,
through September 30, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does adopt the overall goal
for its Minority Business Program for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1986, as 14o with a minority buS1nPSS goal of
11.9%, and a women business enterprise goal of 2.10.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION IS APPROVED AND ADOPTED
