A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF ANAHEIM
SUPERSEDING RESOI33TION NO. 88R-115 AND AM~qDM~qTS
THeReOF WHIC~ ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR SR~I'MO UNRE~RES~vI'~) PART-TIME JOB CIASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has r~m~nded in a staff
report dated June 9, 1992, that the rates of cc~pensation for selected
unrepresented part-time classifications be established efffective Feburary 7,
1992; ~
WHEREAS, the need exists to supersede Resolution No. 88R-115 and
amendments thereof, which established rates of compensation for unrepresented
part-time job classifications; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
superseding Resolution No. 88R-115 and amendments thereof, is in the best
interest of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Sections 1.
Effective Febz~ary 7, 1992, the basic cc~pensation plan for all officers and
er~loyees of the City of Anaheim who are nc~ employed or will in the future be
employed in any of the job classificatic~s listed below shall be allocated to
salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master as follows:

Section 2.
Employees working in the following classifications who worked five hundred
(500) or more hours in calendar year 1991 and who are enloloyed during the pay
period that includes June 30, 1992, shall be eligible to be paid a one-time
payment in the amount listed below during the pay period effective July 3,
1992, provided such payment was not previously received fr~m working in a
prima~y classification represented by Local 399.
Part-Time E~ployees (less than 20 hours/week) $50.00
Part-Time 30 hour E~ployees $75.00
Crowd Control Supervisor
Head Ticket Seller-Stadium
Head Ticket Taker-Stadium
Head Usher-Convention Center
Head Usher-Stadium
E~ployees working in the following classifications who worked one or more four
(4) hour minimum events in calendar year 1991 and who are employed during the
pay period that includes June 30, 1992, shall be eligible to be paid a one-time
payment of $25.00 during the pay period effective July 3, 1992, provided such
payment was not previously received from working in a primary classification
represented by Local 952.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 16th day of June, 1992.
