RESOLUTION NO. 92R-2i WHI(~{ ESTABLIS~I~I) RATES OF OC~4P~SATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNkI'mO AS MIDDLE MANAG~
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has r~ed in a staff
report dated June 9, 1992, that Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended in the
~anner hereinafter set forth, effective J~e 19, 1992; and
WH~P~%S, as a result thereof, the r~ exists to amend Resolution
No. 92R-21 which established rates of compensation for classifications
designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended by adding
the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ran~e
Public Utilities Efficiency Programs Manager X CR17
Public Utilities Generation Plant Manager X CR16
Water Field Superintendent XU
Water Quality Laboratory Manager X CR14
2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No0 92R-21 be amended by deleting
the following classifications:
Classification Salarv Ran~e
Building Inspection Supervisor XU CR12
civil Engineer-Water X CR18
Water ~_ality Supervisor X C~14
BE IT FURI~5~R RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments
to Resolution No. 92R-21 is June 19, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 92R-21 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOI33TION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anahei~ this 16th day of June, 1992.
