RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C~UNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING BUDG~T FOR EXPENDIWRE
OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY
FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master aare.nt has been executed by
the City of Anaheim, hereiuafter referred to as the City,
and the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
March 20, 1961, for expenditure of State-allocated funds;
and
WHEREAS, a project stat.ent has been prepared
and was submitted to the Department on July 24, 1967, show-
ing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to
be made during the 1967-68 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on
August 22, 1967 has been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the project statement submitted by the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said
budget] as approved by the Department, and is familiar
with tne contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of
expenditures recommended to be made fran funds during the
1967-68 fiscal year.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
byae this 12th day of September, 1967.
