A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNiCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANNIEIM ACCEPTING A CORP~TION GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF AN 1M CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR 'ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of .the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for read and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha$ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~D by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Martindaniel Inc.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across a strip of land 42 feet wide, lying within a portion of
Lot 11 of Miles Rancho, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
the centerline of said 42 foot wide strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Lot 11 of said
Miles Rancho with the centerline of Ju1ianna Street, as shown on
a Map of Tract No. 1326, recorded in B~ok 42, page 34 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County; tbence South 890~391 40" West
106.32 feet, more or less, to the point of terminus of the herein
described line, said point being the point of intersection of the
Southeasterly prolongation of the East line of Lot 11 of Tract 2401,
with the centerline of Julianna Street, as said intersection is
shown on a Map of said Tract 2401, recorded in Book 76, pages 32
and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of ~aheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~he City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, quthorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
