A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIN ACCEPTING A GRANI'. DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAH~IM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR. ROAD AND PUBLIC
UT ILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easlement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the ownerS of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Ervin Schuber and
Lauretta Schuber. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly 24 feet of the Northerly 45 feet (as measured
at right angles to the centerline of Orange Avenue) of that parcel
of land described as follows:
The West 72 feet of the East 306.78 feet of the West one-half of
the North one-half of the North one-half of the Northwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 14, T~ship 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shQWn on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 51, page 7 et seq, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted b~ the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of ~aheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, ~uthorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is ~pproved and signed by me
