A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING ANiD DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLDK TO ~UTE CERTAIN
AGRDMDTS WITH TIll STAU OF CALIFORNIA IN
COltRECTIOM WITH THE CONSDuCTION OF THE
RIVEllSIDE FUEWAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has and maintains
certain of its underaround water f-=ilities within the right
of way of the Riverside Freeway in the vicinity of its inter-
section with Lemon Street within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways of the State of Califemia has submitted to the
City for execution a Joint Use Agreement and a Consent to
Ccxmnon Use Agreement; and
WHEREAS, each of said ag~e~nts bas been approved
as to fo~ by the Office of the City Attorney of the City of
Anaheim, and the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to join with the State of California
in the execution of said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Anaheim those certain agreements desig-
nated as Document No. 7JU-3l7l and Document No. 7CU-3l7l,
respectively.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2~th day of August, 1967.
