A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CqUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF M~AHEIM ACCEPTING AN E~gEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASE}lliNT FQR ELECTRICAL
UNDERGROUND SERVICES.
h'HEREAS, the City Council qf the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit. An easement for electrical
underground services
and
\ffiEREAS, the owner of sqid property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the C~tYi and ----
vffiEREAS, tne City Council qf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best fnterest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
E. & C. DEVELOP~lliNT CO., a partnership,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the fOllowing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for electrical
underground services
r and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for electrical unueI;'ground services only
over, under and across the Northerly 5 feet of Lots 1
through 10, Lots 33 through 36, and Lots 43 through 46,
and the Southerly 5 feet of Lots II and l2, Lots 29
through 32, Lots 39 through 42 and Lots 49 and 50, and
the Easterly 5 feet of Lots 25 through 28, Lots 37 and
38, Lots 47 and 48, and the Westerly 5 feet of Lots l3
through 24, all of Tract 6375, as shown on a Map
recorded in Boo];. 233, pages 31 and 32 of Niscellaneous
Aaps, records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted b~ the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of ~aheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~he City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, ~uthorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, ,out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Do~lar ($l.OQ).
