A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSEl MOVING PERMIT TO .
ROBERT E. HARKE TO MOVE A ~UILOING FROM 1103
E. LINCOLN AVENUE, ANAHEI!4~ CALIFORNIA TO
407 SOUTH PHILADELPHIA STRElET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Robert E. Harke h~ving filed a written
applioation for a house moving permi~ tb move a four-unit apart-
Dlent house from 1103 E. Lincoln Avenqe, Anaheim, California to
407 South Philadelphia Street, Anahe~m, California; and
WHEREAS, said application qaving been set for public
hearing on the 29th day of August, 1~67, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time 1and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by rq.ail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet! from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said bu~lding or structure, at least
ten days prior to the date fixed for 'said hearing, as the names
of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment
roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having c~ on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearilng having been duly held
and conducted and all persons intere$t~ therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said application, together with all evidence and reports
submitted in connection therewith, does find that said permit
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOlfVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Robert E. Harke for
a house moving permit to move a four~unit apartment house from
1103 E. Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California to 407 South Phila-
delphia Street, Anaheim., California, ibe, and the same is hereby,
granted, subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim. Municipal Code, relating
to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of
Anaheim. onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of August, 1967.
