RESOLUTION NO. 67R-48l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C()~CIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING Rl$SOLUTION NO.
63R-18 IN RECLASSIFICATION'P'ROCEEDINGS
NO. 62-63-47.
WHEREAS, the City Council 4io. heretofore, to wit, on
January 8, 1963, adopt Resolution NoJ 63R-18 in Reclassification
proceedinqs No. 62-63-47 finding andJdetermin~g that tlle prop-
erty and area therein described shou~d be changed from R-A,
RESIDEHTIAL-AGRICUL'l'URAL ZONE to C-l ~ NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL
ZONE, upon certain conditions set fo~th in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of said resolution reads as
follows:
"6. That a permit for the driv~way shall be obtained
from the State Highway IDep4rt:meatprior to the
adoption of the ordinanceteclassifying subject
property. "
AND WHEREAS, the owner of ~ubject property has re-
quested that said Conditioll No.6 be!deleted, inasmuch as there
is adequate ingress and egress to and from subject property from
Sycamore Street and the alley to the east; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful consider-
ation of the matter, that said reque$t should be granted and that
Condition No. 6 should be deleted frOm Resolution No. 63R-18; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOlj,VED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution ~o. 63R-18 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 62-63-47 be, and the.same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Condition No.6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 66R-726, said Resolution No.
63R-18 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and siCJIled by me
this 22nd day of August, 1967.
