A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING ANGLE PARKING ALONG WESTBOUND BROADWAY
BETWEEN ANAHEIM BOULEVARD AND HARBOR BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Section 14.32.290 of the Anaheim Municipal Code authorizes the City Council
to determine, by resolution, upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and to indicate
such places by painting of white lines or other suitable markers upon the surface of the
roadway indicating the proper angle for parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish angle parking along westbound Broadway
between Anaheim Boulevard and Harbor Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Establishment of Angle Parking on Broadway. The City Council hereby
finds and determines that angle parking shall be permitted along westbound (the north side of)
Broadway between Anaheim Boulevard and Harbor Boulevard. The City Council further
finds and determines that the angle of such parking shall be forty-five degrees (45 °).
Section 2. Certification of Resolution. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION IS PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THIS TWENTY- EIGHTH
(28TH) DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006, BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE:
