RES-2006-245RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 245 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated November 28, 2006, that a new job classification be established in the Anaheim Municipal Employees, General Unit, effective December 1, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this new classification and assignment to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that effective December 1, 2006 through January 11, 2007, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following Salary Grade in the Salary Grade Master: Classification Salary Grade Steps Salary Relationship Helicopter Mechanic Supervisor A4020 5-9 1.25 x Helicopter Mechanic BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is December 1, 2006.
