A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -125 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated November 28, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective December 1, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -125, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
125 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Professional.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
adding the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R -125 is December 1, 2006.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 2000R -125 shall remain in full force and effect.
