RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 476
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY
FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, . master agreement has been executed by the
City of Anaheim, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the
State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, here-
inafter referred to as the Department, on March 20, 1961, for
expenditure of State-allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, two project statements have been prepared
and were submitted to the Department on May 11 and June 16,
1967 showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recom-
mended to be made during the 1967-68 fiscal year: and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on
July 28, 1967 has been presented to the City Council in accord-
ance with the project statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the con-
tents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of
expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during the
1967-68 fiscal year.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 15th day of August, 1967.
