RESOLUTION NO.- 671-442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF, THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DIRECTING
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS TO IS$UE AN INTERDEPARTMENTAL
PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STREET LIGHTING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 1965-3.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim operat~s a public utility
capable of furnishing maintenance and energy for street lights; and
WHEREAS, the Street Lighting Act of 1931 authorizes the City
Council to direct the Superintendent of Streets to issue an inter-
departmental purchase order for the improvement of the street lighting
system; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci~y of Anaheim has established
a street lighting assessment district desigpated "Street Lighting
Assessment District 1965-3."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tJhe City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the Superintendent of Stre~ts is hereby directed to
issue an interdepartmental purchase order for the'_improvement of
Street Lighting Assessment District 1965-3 for each year during the
existence of the Maintenance District 19650;3.
THE FOREGOING RESOIBTION is approved and signed by me this
1st day of Allgust , 1967.
