A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO'
JOHN H . REAVES TO MOVE A DWf:LLING FROM 10831
COLLETT AVENUE, GRANADA HIL~S, CALIFORNIA,
TO 611 SOUTH WEST STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, JOHN H. REAVES, having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to m~ve a dwelling house from
10831 Collett Avenue, Granada Hills, California, to 611 South
West Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 1st day of August, 1967, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim for sidewalks and street improvements
shall be complied with as required by the City
Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer; or that a bond in an amount and
form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall
be posted with the City to 9uarantee the instal-
lation of said engineering requirements.

2. That the owner of the property upon which it is
proposed to move said dwelling house shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot along West Street for street lighting pur-
poses, and the sum of l5~ per front foot along
West Street for tree planting purposes, which
sums shall be paid prior to the issuance of a
building permit.
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said John H. Reaves
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 10831
Collett Avenue, Granada Hills, California, to 611 South West
Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby granted,

subject to the conditions hereinabove set forth, and subject
further to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the
moving of buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim
to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of August, 1967.
