A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED
TO THE GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEE UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the need exists to create the classifications of Power
Resource Specialist I and Power Resource Specialist II; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated August 6, 1985, that new job classifications be created; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has determined that the new
classifications be assign to the General City Employee Unit represented by the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective August 23, 1985, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary schedule master:
CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE STEP RANGE
Power Resources Specialist I 1250 A-E
Power Resources Specialist II 1470 A-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated February 10, 1984, between the City of Anaheim and the
General Employee Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to
the foregoing classifications.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim. this 13th day of Augus _, 1985.
