A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF
TRAFFIC SIGNAL FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted Chapter 14.58 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
traffic signal fees; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.58.030 requires the City Council to
adopt a resolution to establish the amount of fees to be collected
for the installation of traffic signals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does hereby adopt the following revised
fee schedule for installation of traffic signals:
Residential Dwelling Unit
Lodging
Retail Sales and Services to 50,000 GSF
Retail Sales and Services-each 1000 GSF
in excess of 50,000 GSF
General Office, Institutional and
Research and Development
Medical Facilities
Industrial Buildings
Outdoor Storage and Unenclosed Work
Areas (Example-Recycling plants, Bus
or Truck Terminals, Docks)
$ 60.00 per unit
$ 60.00/room
X297.00/1000 GSF
X216.00/1000 GSF
X132.00/1000 GSF
X216.00/1000 GSF
$ 50.00/1000 GSF
~ 24.00/1000 SF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Building Division shall collect said fees for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of August, 1985.
