A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 84R-331 IN CONNECTION WITH SMALL
CLAIMS ACTIONS
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 84R-331 the City Council of
the City of Anaheim authorized certain employees of the City to
commence, prosecute, defend, and settle small claims actions on
behalf of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Convention Center-Stadium and Golf
Department desire to update the list of representatives from said
department authorized to represent the City of Anaheim in small
claims actions involving said department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution 84R-331 be, and it is hereby,
amended as follows:
1. Delete "Greg Trombley-Staff Assistant, Convention
Center/Stadium/Golf"
2. Add "Jodi Roginson-Golf Operations Assistant;
Don Marshall-Operations Manager, Golf
Courses;
Steve Underwood-Tenant Services Manager,
Convention Center"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 84R-331 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted this
20th day of August 1985:
