A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REAFFIRMING THE FINDINGS AND
CONCLUSIONS OF THE NORTH EAST ORANGE COUNTY
CIRCULATION STUDY (NEOCCS).
WHEREAS, the North East Orange County Circulation Study
(NEOCCS) was undertaken and adopted in 1978; and
WHEREAS, all affected jurisdictions have, since 1978,
fully complied with the NEOCCS objectives and have undertaken and
permitted many projects in reliance upon said study; and
WHEREAS, the implementation and completion of the
recommendations of the NEOCCS is necessary to allow continued
orderly and planned land development in accordance with the
General Plan of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby reaffirm the findings, conclusions
and recommendations of the North East Ornge County Circulation
Study including, but not limited to, the completion of the
Imperial Highway - Loma Street connection.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of August, 1985.
