A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
N0. 85R-268 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1985, the City Council passed Resolution No.
85R-268, and through inadvertence and clerical error, Sub-Section 5.12
Assignment Pay was left out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 85-R268, nunc pro tunc, to
include this Sub-Section 5.12 Assignment Pay.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does amend Resolution No. 85R-268 to include
Sub-Section 5.12 Assignment Pay, nunc pro tunc;
5.12 Assignment Pay
That effective January 25, 1985 an employee assigned to the Fire
Battalion Chief/Operations Division Chief position shall receive assignment
pay equal to ten percent of the Fire Battalion Chief salary range midpoint for
each hour worked in the position during normal work hr ~-s,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extend amended, Resolution
No. 85R-268 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved an adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of September , 1985.
