A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 85R - 267
'"" WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated August 27, 1985, that the salary range of Economic Development
Manager be adjusted downward; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
85R-267 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
change in salary range for this classification is in the best interest of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective September 6, 1985, Section 2 of Resolution No.
85R-267 is amended by changing the salary range of the following
classification and shall be the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in said classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-2o7 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of September 1985.
