A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated August 27, 1985 that a new classification be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 85R - 159 which established rates of compensation for unrepresented
part-time classifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective September 20, 1985, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE RANGE
Law Clerk A 1000 A-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R - 159 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of September _, 1985.
