A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 84R-58
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF PAY FOR UNREPRESENTED
PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FULL-TIME
EQUIVALENTS, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on February 7, 1984, the City Council passed Resolution No.
84R-58, and through inadvertence and clerical error, the salary schedule for
Service Center Assistant listed in Section 2 was incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No 84R-58, nunc pro tune, to
reflect the appropriate salary schedule for Service Center Assistant listed in
Section 2.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does amend Resolution No. 84R-58 to reflect the
correct salary schedule for Service Center Assistant listed in Section 2, nunc
pro tune.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended Resolution
No. 84R-58 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
