A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
N0. 84R-72 ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR EMPLOYEES IN CLASS-
IFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS,
NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on February 14, 1984, the City Council passed Resolution
No. 84R-72, and through inadvertence and clerical error, the salary schedule
for Service Center Assistant was incorrectly stated in Appendix "A" of the
Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 84R-72, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the appropriate salary schedule for Service Center Assistant in
Appendix "A" of the Memorandum of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does amend Resolution No. 84R-72 to reflect the
correct salary schedule for Service Center Assistant in Appendix "A" of the
Memorandum of Understanding nunc pro tunc.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated February 14, 1984, between the City of Anaheim and the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers remain unchanged.
THE FORGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of September 1985.
