A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 85R-268 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 17, 1985 that the classifications of Civil Engineer -
Design, Civil Engineer - Field, Civil Engineer - Office and Traffic and
Transportation Engineer be deleted; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 85R-268 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the deletion of these classifications is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend Resolution No. 85R-268 by deleting the following
classifications effective September 27, 1985:
CLASSIFICATION SALARY RANGE
Civil Engineer - Design X SR08
Civil Engineer - Field X SR08
Civil Engineer - Office X SR08
Traffic and Transportation Engineer X SR08
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-268 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of September 1985.
