A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.
85R-268 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated September 17, 1985 that the classifications of Drafting
Supervisor and Engineering Support Services Supervisor be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 85R-268 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of these classifications is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective September 20, 1985, Section 2 of Resolution No.
85R-268 is amended by adding the following classifications and allocating them
to the appropriate salary which shall be the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in
the future be employed in said classifications:
Classification, Salary Range
Drafting Supervisor X SR04
Engineering Support Services Supervisor X SR05
BE IT rUR.THER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-268 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of September , 1985.
