A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT RELATING T0.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California, that
that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement Relating to Capital
Improvements, dated as of September 1, 1985, and relating to the Lease
Agreement Relating to Capital Improvements, dated as of November 1, 1982, a
copy of which First Amendment i s on f i 1 e i n the office of the City C1 erk, be
and is hereby approved, and the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said First Amendment and the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to attest his signature and to affix thereto the seal of the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City C:auncii of
