A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 2377 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
82R-498 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 84R-259.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution Nos. 82R-498 and 84-259 approving
and amending Conditional Use Permit No. 2377, subject to certain
conditions specified therein; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested another
amendment to certain of said conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on October 29, 1985, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the
public peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to
permit reasonable operation under said conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed
in Conditional Use Permit No. 2377, as amended, be, and the same
are hereby, amended by the amendment of Condition Nos. 7 and 14 as
set forth in Resolution No. 85R-461 to read as follows:
"7. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked
Revision No. 2 of Exhibit Nos. 1 and 4 and Exhibit
Nos. 2, 3 and 5 through 14."
"14. That the signing of the Mercedes-Benz
dealership shall consist of and be limited to the
following signs: (a) one (1) forty (40) foot tall,
one hundred (100) sq. ft, free standing sign in the
fifty (50) foot setback adjacent to La Palma Avenue;
(b) three (3) Mercedes-Benz seals on the building
(east, south and west walls) and the words "Caliber
Motors" on the west wall; and (c) one (1) directional
guide sign for service and parts."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 82R-498, as amended by Resolution No.
84R-259 shall remain in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of October, 1985.
