A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A GRANT AGREEMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE ENERGY
BANK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did apply for a grant from
the Energy Bank Program; and
WHEREAS, the Energy Resources Conservation and
Development Commission has approved the application of the City of
Anaheim for a $50,000.00 grant; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the grant agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and conditions
of the grant agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William O. Talley, City
Manager, and George Ferrone, Finance Director be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to execute the grant agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of November, 1985.
