A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING CERTAIN UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
IS NEEDED FOR PUBLIC USE AND TRANSFERRING THE
SAME TO THE CITY PURCHASING DIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division of the City of Anaheim
has determined that the unclaimed property set forth on Exhibit
"A" on file in the Office of the City Clerk and held by the
Police Department of the City of Anaheim is needed for public
use; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1.12.070.050 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code, such unclaimed property may be
transferred to the City Purchasing Division; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said unclaimed
property is needed for public use and that it is in the best
interest of the City to transfer the same to the City Purchasing
Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that t'r~e City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the property listed on Exhibit "A" on
file in the Office of the City Clerk be, and the same is hereby,
transferred to the City Purchasing Division in accordance with
the provisions of the City of Anaheim Municipal Cade, Section
1.12.070.050 and Section 2080.5 of the Civil Code of the State
of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of November, 1985.
