A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING GRANT OF AN EASEMENT TO
THE CITY OF ORANGE OVER CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title of
certain property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orange has requested access across
said property for access to a water reservoir owned by the City of
Orange.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does resolve to:
1. Grant an easement across certain City-owned property
generally located south of Mandeville Place.
2. Authorize and direct the Mayor and ~:ity Clerk to execute
an easement deed granting said easement to the City of Orange.
3. Direct the City Clerk to forward the easement deed to the
City of Orange for acceptance.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th. day of November, 1985.
