A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
°'"-" ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NU. $4R-268 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a starf
report dated November 12, 1985, that the classification of Mechanical
Inspection Supervisor be deleted and the classification of Building Inspector
Supervisor be created effective November 15, 1985; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution iJo.
85R-268 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
deletion and creation of these classifications is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:

That effective November 15, 1985, the classification listed below
shall be deleted from Resolution No. 85R-268:

Mechanical Inspection Supervisor XUSRO.~
That effective November 15, 1985 the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in
the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary range:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-268 shall remain in full force and effect.
